Our Leaders

We have a well-rounded team that is led by individuals with diverse skill sets, who can ensure that the variety of tasks for real estate development, such as design, construction, financing, market analysis, and marketing, etc are performed efficiently and effectively. It has experts in Project Management Profession and Project Risk Management who can help mitigate a significant amount of risks involving financial, construction, and market risk to ensure that the project stays on track. Our management team members are adaptable and can adjust quickly to changing circumstances, which is essential for a successful project. On top, the team has developed a practice of accountability and transparency to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and can track throughout the project, maximizing the returns of all stakeholders.

Mr. Rishi Kunj Goenka

The Chairman

Born with an insatiable zeal to excel, Mr. Rishi Kunj Goenka has started his career under the Footsteps of his father, Mr. Raj Kumar Goenka, who played a key role in the construction of many Residential and Commercial complexes in North Kolkata, such as: Ganapati Park, Blue Lotus, Umang, Sharanam etc.

Mr. Rishi Kunj Goenka pursued an MSc. Finance in London. He comes into the Real Estate business with new ideas to transform it into reality.

Mr. Rishi is an exemplar of dynamism, synergizing the powerful combination of deep understanding and incisive vision to reach the top echelons of success.

Captain M Abdul Alim, BSP, psc BN (Rtd)

Managing Director

Captain M Abdul Alim after completion of his long-illustrious career in Bangladesh Navy joined the Real Estate Development business utilizing his different projects’ experience and skill sets. Captain Alim pursued a master’s degree in three disciplines (M. Sc, MBA, and MASSS).

Captain Alim achieved success in remarkably high-risk and critical projects in his former career and was awarded the honour of “Bishistho Sheba Podok (BSP)” for his significant contribution in leading highly distinguished projects. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Budget/Financial Management expert he is fully aware of the Project Risk Management, who can be relied upon in the question of setting priorities and completion of projects meeting challenges of time and financial risks.

Mr. Tareq Al Mamun

Director of Operations

Mr Tareq Al Mamun is a graduate (BBA) of Finance and MBA (Accounting) from the University of Dhaka. He started his career as a young entrepreneur while he was a university student and engaged in different trading of products and service-oriented businesses, including real estate development.

Mr Tareq possesses a huge connection with dignitaries from the government and business sectors. Combining his experience and entrepreneur mindset, he is expected to better lead our team with high motivation, zeal, and courage.

Ms. Sultana Parvin

Director, Admin and HR

Sultana Parvin started her career as a freelancer in 2012 and received BASIS Award in 2014. VOA (Voice of America) along with many newspapers and TV channels, featured her successful freelancing story. She worked as Training Coordinator and HR Manager at Coders Trust as its founding member. She has conducted a number of freelancing and outsourcing, and motivational training classes in Prothom Alo Jobs and other organizations.

In addition to regularly maintaining her websites, such as https://www.sultanarecipe.com/  and  https://www.jibonnkotha.com/ she runs an online tutorial named “Content Writing and Career Development” in www.instructory.net. She wrote numerous articles and writings that were published in different books and websites.

As an active motivator and tech woman, Sultana Parvin is a perfect fit in our team for proper direction and guidance at a crucial moment.
